At Akkamahadevi International School, the spirit of patriotism was in full bloom as we celebrated India’s 78th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event, held on our lush green campus in Nagarbhavi, Bangalore, was a spectacular showcase of our students’ talent, creativity, and love for the nation.
Flag Hoisting and Speeches
The day began with the traditional flag hoisting ceremony, led by our esteemed Principal, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. The fluttering tricolor against the bright morning sky filled everyone with pride. In her speech, the Principal emphasized the importance of unity, integrity, and the role of education in shaping a better future for our country. This was followed by inspiring speeches from students, who spoke about the significance of Independence Day and the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters.
The Independence Day celebration at Akkamahadevi International School was not just an event but a tribute to the spirit of freedom and a reminder of our duties as citizens of this great nation. The day ended with the distribution of sweets and the singing of Vande Mataram, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of pride and commitment towards the country.
At Akkamahadevi International School, we believe in nurturing not just academic excellence but also the values of patriotism, unity, and social responsibility in our students. This Independence Day, we reaffirmed our pledge to contribute towards the growth and development of our nation.
